Hello everyone we are now looking at an increasing risk for severe weather further south and west than forecast last night, this forecast is more in line with thinking earlier in the week. The main threats in this storm still remain straight-line winds and large hail, although QLCS tornadoes (tornadoes embedded within the squall line) will be possible throughout your evening and night. Mississippi Weather Network will have the latest updates on the weather situation as it unfolds, if you have questions or want to send us some pictures of the weather where you are today go join our group "Weather Around Mississippi." "WAM" is a great platform for us to interact with our viewers and gather information that helps in forecasting and warning the public on the weather around them. #MSwx#BetterTogether#WeatherThatRevolvesAroundYOU
